A family business an hour from the factories
Paddock Diggers is a small family business in Zoucheng, Shandong. The mini digger factories in Jining are about an hour's drive away, so we can go and look at your machine while it's being built.

Ask us a questionNo, and we won't pretend to be. We're a small export business. We buy from factories in Jining, check the machine, and handle the paperwork and shipping. After the digger arrives, we're still the ones you message.
Usually 5 to 7 weeks from your deposit to your door. That covers building the machine, our inspection, the ship and customs. We'll message you when it's built, when it's on the boat and when it's cleared.
By bank transfer: 30% to order, then the other 70% once you've watched the inspection video of your machine. Nothing ships before the balance is paid. If an email ever says our bank details have changed, don't pay it. Message us first.
No. Customs clearance and delivery to your place are part of the delivered price, and our freight agent handles them. You just need someone there when the truck turns up.
The warranty terms and the prices of the common wear parts are written into your quote, so you can read them before you pay anything. When you need a part, we send it by international courier.
Yes. We can video call you from the factory and walk around a machine with you. Before you pay the balance, you also get a video of your own digger running, engine number and all.
Backyard jobs
Pool digs, retaining walls, garden beds. The tracks pull in for tight access, so check your gate width against the spec first.
Drainage and trenching
Ag pipe, stormwater, a line out to the shed. Ask for a narrow trenching bucket with your order.
Fencing and posts
With an auger on the front, post holes go a lot faster than with a hand digger.

What we commit to

A problem gets fixed before it ships
If the inspection video shows something wrong with your machine, it doesn't leave the factory until it's fixed, and you don't pay the balance until it is.

The whole price, in writing
Your quote covers the machine, crating, sea freight, customs and the truck to your place, with GST on its own line. If anything isn't included, the quote says so.

Parts from the people who sold it
When a part wears out, message us. We'll find it, tell you the price and send it.
We deliver to every state and territory. Remote property? Send us your postcode and the quote will show the cost and the time.
